Introduced to the Redbreast range in 2016, this release is an exciting collaboration between the popular Irish distillery and the Bodegas Lustau. Aged for 9-12 years in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, before being finished in hand-selected first-fill sherry butts, the Spanish oak adds extra depth and spice to this classic single pot whiskey. The Redbreast Lustau Edition is a rich and creamy spirit, with notes of nuts, chocolate and cinnamon. While Redbreast is already known for its smooth sherried style, this bottling really puts the Oloroso centre stage.
