A smaller 35cl bottle of Wolfburn Langskip here, aged in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 58% ABV, Langskip is a pleasingly smooth Highland whisky from Scotland’s most northern mainland distillery. Named after the Viking ships that hit the nearby Thurso coast, the Langskip is rich and sweet, with notes of honey, nuts and dark chocolate, followed by a sumptuous caramel finish. Another impressively balanced and flavourful dram from Wolfburn.
