Convite Tobala Mezcal 70cl

This bottling of Mezcal from Convite is produced using solely wild Tobala agave plants; these take a minimum of 12 years to mature before they can be harvested and used to produce mezcal. The agave are cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented with spring water, and double distilled. The resulting liquid is packed full of notes of smoked chillies, chocolate & citrus.
