We’re proud to announce the return of our Bottled in Bond Blue Corn Bourbon Whiskey. This winter expression is a highly coveted fan favorite, and with an additional year of aging, it might just be even better than ever. Represented by the winter crow, we employed blue corn to invoke the endless winter night sky.
MASHBILL:
26% Blue Corn, 25% White Corn, 44% Rye, 5% Malted Barley
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Blueberry syrup, fresh french toast, raw manuka honey, roasted cardamom pods & rose water.
PALATE: Fig jam, black cherry pie, sweet cigar smoke, candied dates, jamaican allspice & hazelnut butter.
FINISH: Medium to long, roasted caramel hard candy, fresh kettle corn, homemade marshmallow & orgeat, accompanied by soft barrel tannins.

Rye whiskey was previously the whiskey of choice in the US, with Pennsylvania’s distillers making millions of gallons a year.
During prohibition, bootleggers created poorly made substitutes for Pennsylvania Rye, which was very damaging to its reputation. After prohibition passed it unfortunately never quite recovered, with people turning to Bourbon instead.
The distillery, founded in 2011, creates an ‘old-school’ Pennsylvania style Rye – 80% grain, 20% malt (15% barley, 5% rye malt), no corn, and a sweet mash recipe. They use local farms for their grains, temperature controlled fermenters, doing a five-seven day low and slow ferments to develop a complex flavour.
NOSE
Rye bread and allspice, but then very fruity! Dried fruit; cranberries, apricots, and chocolate covered raisins. The spices return with a hint of mint, and some wood char.TASTE
Silky mouthfeel. Fruity and spicy with sour cherries, and cranberries. Woody spices; clove, a hint of cinnamon, and charred oak. A medium length finish that’s full of chocolate. -

Speri Valpolicella Ripasso DOC
Original price was: $29.99.$19.99Current price is: $19.99.Add to cartThis wine is produced using the RIPASSO technique, which is intentionally more restrictively applied in relation to the standard production method. The wine is obtained by going over again, once only, the premium Valpolicella Classico over the same quantity of Amarone marc. As a result, an authentic local wine is produced which elegantly exhibits a delightfully complex fruity aroma and spicy tones complemented with a good acidity and just the right alcohol content.
The grapes are picked by hand and then immediately destemmed and crushed, prior to maceration at controlled temperatures and undergoing complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. In the beginning of March the Valpolicella Classico wine is pumped over the pomace from the Amarone and consequently references.
A deep intense ruby red color, with hints of red fruit, spices and cocoa on the nose. Warming and smooth on the palate, nicely balanced by rounded tannins.

$81.99Add to cartOur Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003. It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks, under the watchful eye of our master distiller, in our traditional warehouses at the foot of the Ochil Hills.
This exceptional single malt delivers a nose of delicate dried hay and parma violets, with touches of baked apple, cloves and vanilla ice-cream. Notes of freshly baked scones with hints of strawberry jam and clotted cream, marry with delicate spices, with a finish of subtle nuttiness, this whisky is pleasantly nostalgic of summer days gone by.
