Original price was: $29.99.$19.99Current price is: $19.99.Add to cartThis wine is produced using the RIPASSO technique, which is intentionally more restrictively applied in relation to the standard production method. The wine is obtained by going over again, once only, the premium Valpolicella Classico over the same quantity of Amarone marc. As a result, an authentic local wine is produced which elegantly exhibits a delightfully complex fruity aroma and spicy tones complemented with a good acidity and just the right alcohol content.
The grapes are picked by hand and then immediately destemmed and crushed, prior to maceration at controlled temperatures and undergoing complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. In the beginning of March the Valpolicella Classico wine is pumped over the pomace from the Amarone and consequently references.
A deep intense ruby red color, with hints of red fruit, spices and cocoa on the nose. Warming and smooth on the palate, nicely balanced by rounded tannins.

Our Batch 2, is a 3 Year Old single cask Rye Whiskey, using 100% Colorado Rye. We’ve bottled it at natural cask strength 66.6% abv, and have filled just 294 bottles
With a nod to tradition, the mash is soured in open air fermenters before it is distilled three times in locally-made pot stills. Myers built his original still from copper photogravure plates that he had once used.
The whiskey is aged in virgin, heavy charred, American white oak barrels and is then brought to a finish using toasted aspen staves, which are harvested from a friend’s nearby land.
These two releases are an exercise in whisky geekery, and had we not gotten our hands on them would have been released as one of their ‘E’ Series releases. (E for experimental)

Spicy, herbal, and a little bit agricultural. .Big rye bread dough notes, malty, Jamaican ginger cake, coffee candy. Hints of fennel and anise.TASTE
Warming spices lead to sweet coffee, toasted rye bread, roasted grains and peppercorns. There’s a hint of chilli chocolate in the finish too. Seriously love this! -
Tullibardine 15 Year Old (43% abv)
$81.99Add to cartOur Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003. It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks, under the watchful eye of our master distiller, in our traditional warehouses at the foot of the Ochil Hills.
This exceptional single malt delivers a nose of delicate dried hay and parma violets, with touches of baked apple, cloves and vanilla ice-cream. Notes of freshly baked scones with hints of strawberry jam and clotted cream, marry with delicate spices, with a finish of subtle nuttiness, this whisky is pleasantly nostalgic of summer days gone by.
